执行 w3m-goto-url 就出现下面这样，然后打不开看reading 链接他是用谷歌搜索了，输入的网址而不是直接打开，但是emacs 没设置代理所以打不开，请问怎么设置能直接打开url?
终端的 w3m没问题，打开很快，emacs的不知道怎么设置
