org导出html时如何设置不跳过未修改的文件？

如果我修改了org导出的样式，然后使用org-publish导出所有org文件为html，这时会显示"skip unmodified file …"，于是我不得不手动对每个org文件做无用的修改才能应用新的css修改效果。

即未做修改的文件再次导出时默认会被跳过，请问如何设置能够强制重新导出所有文件？

Documentation
Publish all projects.

With prefix argument FORCE, remove all files in the timestamp
directory and force publishing all projects.  With a non-nil
optional argument ASYNC, publishing will be done asynchronously,
in another process.

或者把缓存删了

rm -rf ~/.org-timestamps/
