org-capture 设置了 org-default-notes-files但是没作用

我的spacemacs版本[email protected] MAC 版本10.14 Mojave 设置了org-default-notes-files “～/org/notes.org"

但是每次在 SPC a o c t后 填写了task 保存都会存到 ～/notes.org
