好像就升级过 helm, 别的没改动啥, rg 命令配置如下：
(helm-ag-base-command “rg --no-config --no-heading --hidden --smart-case”)
加了一个 “–color never” 参数解决了，不知道是 helm 还是 rg 升级造成的
