(file-error "Creating pipe" "Too many open files")

在 win11 上使用 emacs-29，很容易报错(file-error "Creating pipe" "Too many open files"). 开的buffer稍微多点，就容易出现。特别是在工程中 consult-grep检索时。 网上找了下，引起这个错误的包挺多的。但都没有办法。论坛里还有4个相关的帖子。 这算不算 emacs 的bug。
