官方 windows binary 是由自愿者提供的，通常需要等等才会有。

Emacs 28 的 windows binary 出来了。由于 MSYS2 方面的改动，32 位系统的用户必须自己使用 MSYS MinGW 编译，官方不再提供 32 位版本。

arch 原来的 27, 升级到 28, 原有的 init, 可以无缝 用上吗, 还是有没有 什么注意的
