为啥大家都把custom-file设置成custom.el？

在主流的配置框架中，除了spacemacs之外，custom-file的值基本都是custom.el, 除了path会有些变化……

话说这又是我的强迫症碰上了所谓的习惯使然？

最小化原则，el后缀已经暗示了emacs，不用再重复了
