counsel-git-grep在windows下非常慢

3M line的repo。启动counsel-git-grep需要15s。以后没敲一个字符都要好几秒，非常的卡。有什么办法么？其实我不需要逐个字符更新，只要能输入字符串就行了。

刚试了一下helm-git-grep，发现速度正常，看来不是git的问题。

这里应该能够解决输入问题，但是我这边浏览后选项时也很卡，所以我现在基本不用counsel-*

刚试了，还是很慢。看来只好滚回去用helm-git-grep了……
