请问有人遇到Cmder（ConEmu）下emacs无法输入中文的问题吗？

ConEmu 版本 200615 emacs for windows 26.1 Windows 7

ConEmu 使用cmd或者powershell，启动emacs -nw，英文可以输入，emacs自带的中文输入法也可以输入中文。但是使用系统自带的输入法就不行了。

但是ConEmu使用cygwin里的emacs，输入中文没问题。

windows系统终端下emacs没法用第三方输入法，一直不知道是什么原因导致

谢谢。我记得在cmd或者powershell的emacs里可以输入中文的，刚试了一下，不行。记忆错乱了。
