原生 Emacs 默认不会读取 Shell 配置，只会得到启动环境传递过来的环境变量。
Macport 版本有特殊设置。
除了 eshell 以外其他 emacs 中的 shell 都是直接调用外部的 shell，行为和外部的 shell 相同。
