org mode 中 <s 后 Tab 键的功能被吃掉了

我最近发现在我的 org 文件中输入 <s+TAB 不能快速创建如下的代码块了：

#+BEGIN_SRC 

#+END_SRC

其他的<c等均失效，输入TAB后会改变缩进，但没有创建代码块。

好久不用org 文学编程了，这个功能没有取消吧？

…< s TAB creates a code block. Enable it by customizing org-modules or add ‘(require 'org-tempo)’ to your Emacs init file.
