dap bridge 的需求调研

我看到社区已经有 dape 这个项目了， 可以独立于 lsp-mode 运行， 应该不需要这个项目了。

dape 很好用，功能比较简洁，没有第三方依赖。唯一不足是只支持 29.1+。
